Collections Analyst II

Role Overview: You will be joining NCR VOYIX as a Cash App Associate III focusing on managing and resolving outstanding receivables from Japanese-speaking customers. Your role will involve effective communication in Japanese and English through various channels, maintenance of records in ERP systems, collaboration with internal teams, and monitoring aging reports to prioritize collections. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and resolve outstanding receivables from Japanese-speaking customers. - Communicate effectively in Japanese and English via phone, email, and other channels. - Maintain accurate records in ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle. - Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Billing, and Customer Service. - Monitor aging reports and prioritize collections based on the analysis. Qualifications: - Hold a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. - Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in collections or customer service. - Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and fluency in English. - Demonstrate strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
