Job Description

We are hiring Collection Team Manager for a reputed NBFC

Location : Chennai

Collection Team Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide 3 to 5 team supervisors and their respective staff to drive collection performance.
  • Ensure achievement of recovery goals for assigned portfolios.
  • Track daily performance metrics of tele-calling teams and implement initiatives to boost output and efficiency.
  • Maintain team stability by managing attrition and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Oversee the end-to-end collection process to ensure seamless operations and compliance with policies.
  • Generate, analyze, and circulate daily performance and productivity reports.

Core Competencies:

  • Proven experience in managing large teams within collections or contact center operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
  • Goal-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and performance reporting.
