Job Title: Team Leader - (Collection Tele calling) Location: Indore Experience: 1- 3 Years Salary Package: 6.5 LPA Commitment: Full Time Team - Operations - Collection Job Description What You Will Do: · Needs to Manage inhouse tele calling team (25-30 headcount), No field collection. · Ensuring assigned targets are achieved · Interact with High-Risk customers and get the account resolved · Needs to Coordinate with Collection Manager or Bucket Manager and make sure the required process is followed or implemented. · Needs to follow up on the Dialer Calls on requirement · Ensure the entire tele calling team is giving required intensity and follow up. What You Will Need To Succeed: · 1 to 2years' work experience in the collection process. · Experience in Banking / NBFC / Fintech preferred · Excellent communication in English & Hindi.( Regional Language) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Collection: 5 years (Required) Collection Team Leader: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
