As a Collection Team Leader at Finsall Resources Pvt. Ltd., your role involves managing and overseeing a team of collection executives. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading, motivating, and managing the collection team to achieve monthly and quarterly recovery targets. - Monitoring daily collection activities and ensuring timely follow-ups on overdue accounts. - Reviewing and analyzing collection reports to identify trends, issues, and improvement areas. - Training and mentoring team members on effective collection techniques and communication skills. - Handling escalated customer cases with professionalism and efficiency. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and collection status. - Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA or relevant specialization preferred). - 5 years of experience in collections or recovery, with at least 2 years in a team leader role. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - A target-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude. - Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. Key Skills required for this position include: - Team Management - Recovery/Collections Process - Performance Monitoring - Communication & Negotiation - Reporting & Analysis - Customer Handling Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
