📢 Job Opening: Collection Officer – MP
📍 Location: Madhya Pradesh,Gujrat,Rajasthan (Multiple Locations)🏢 Company: Rupitol Finance Pvt LtdKey Responsibilities:Handle collections for delinquent accounts across various buckets.Manage collections specifically for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.Plan and execute field visits for overdue customers and ensure timely recovery.Negotiate repayment plans and settlements with customers, maintaining customer relationship and brand image.Coordinate with legal and recovery teams for escalated and chronic default cases.Maintain collection efficiency and adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies.Provide regular MIS, updates and feedback to the Collection Manager or Branch Head.Requirements:Experience in collection/recovery, preferably in an NBFC or banking environment.Strong knowledge of HL and LAP loan products and collection strategies.Experience in bucket-wise delinquency handling is a must.Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Should be willing to travel within assigned territories in Madhya Pradesh.Knowledge of local language and geography will be an added advantage.
