Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller responsible for hard bucket collections, located in Udaipur. The Telecaller will manage daily tasks including making outbound calls to customers with overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires adherence to company guidelines regarding collections and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in outbound calling and customer service
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism
• Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills
• Basic understanding of financial products and services is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage
• Fluent in Hindi and English; additional regional languages are a plus
