Job Title: Collection Manager Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1–3 years in Collections or Recovery Management Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Collection Manager to oversee and manage the collection of outstanding accounts receivable from clients and customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, a strong understanding of financial processes, and the ability to lead a team of collection executives. The role will be based out of our Indore office. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor daily collection activities across assigned regions/accounts. Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts. Lead and motivate a team of collection executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Handle escalated cases and negotiate payment plans or settlements with clients. Maintain detailed records of collection activities and provide regular MIS reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all collection processes. Liaise with the legal department on delinquent accounts where required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1.5 years of experience in collections or recovery (NBFC/BFSI sector preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
