Job Description: BPS Ventures is seeking reliable and motivated Collection Officers to join our team for field recovery operations. The role involves interacting with clients for the collection of dues related to personal loans, business loans, and two-wheeler loans. Key Responsibilities: Follow up with customers for payment collections in assigned areas Visit clients' addresses to recover pending EMIs or loan dues Ensure timely updates and reporting to the supervisor Negotiate and settle repayments as per company policy Maintain records of all collection interactions and payments Ensure compliance with company and regulatory norms (DRA Certificate preferred) Key Skills: Experience in collections, loan recovery, or field sales Familiarity with personal/business/two-wheeler loan processes Good communication and negotiation skills Basic documentation and reporting ability Ability to travel locally on a two-wheeler
