Hiring for Sr. / Jr. Collection Executive for our Premium MNC Client at Hyderabad location ..!!

Job Title:

Department: Finance / Accounts Receivable / Credit Control

Shift - Night (Rotational)

Job Summary:

The Collection Executive is responsible for following up with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices, maintaining accurate records of collections, and resolving payment-related issues. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to maintain positive customer relationships while achieving collection targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with clients/customers via calls, emails, and visits (if required) to ensure timely collection of dues.
Track and monitor accounts receivable and aging reports on a regular basis.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and commitments.
Coordinate with the billing, sales, and finance teams to resolve payment discrepancies or disputes.
Send payment reminders and collection letters as per company policy.
Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with customers when necessary.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
Handle escalations professionally and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting collection goals.
Support the finance team during audits and month-end closing.
