Collection Manager - Loan Against Property

As a Portfolio Allocation Specialist, your role involves allocating portfolios to vendors based on past performance trends and Field Officers (FOs) availability. You will be responsible for creating adequate manpower capacity for the portfolio. You will review cases with FOs/Team Leaders (TLs) and assign work based on disposition codes. Coordinating with agency resources, you will plan calls for better resolution and ensure appropriate support on difficult cases. Additionally, you will handle receipt book and Repo kits allocation, conducting periodic audits. Key Responsibilities: - Allocate portfolios to vendors based on performance trends and FOs availability - Review cases with FOs/TLs and assign work according to disposition codes - Coordinate with agency resources for call planning and resolution - Audit receipt book & Repo kits allocation periodically - Ensure agency billing closure within 60 days of completed work month - Provide support to agency on repo cases and manage related issues - Handle collection/repo related customer service issues and escalations - Coordinate with legal team for legal actions against chronic defaulters - Track and review BKT resolution with agency and FOs - Restrict flow rates to next BKT based on location - Recruit and train fresh teams as needed, removing non-performing FOs - Close CRM queries within assigned TAT - Revert RCU audit queries before TAT and implement actions at field level - Discuss receipt book discrepancies with agency to prevent reoccurrence - Ensure 100% utilization of HHT and submit reports regularly to ACM/RCM - Report non-working HHTs to IT team for support Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Prior experience in portfolio management or similar role - Strong communication and coordination skills - Ability to handle escalations and legal actions effectively - Proficiency in using CRM systems and conducting audits,
