Job Description

Job Title: Payment Collection Executive

Location: Coimbatore
Department: Accounts / Finance
Experience: 2–4 years (preferred in payment or field collection)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect payments from customers (cash/cheque/online).
  • Maintain accurate collection records and submit daily reports.
  • Follow up with clients for pending or overdue payments.
  • Deposit collected amounts to the company account on time.
  • Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams for reconciliation.
  • Ensure professionalism and transparency in all transactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma / Degree.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for field collections.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / mobile apps).

Salary: As per company norms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
