Job Summary:

The Collection Executive will be responsible for managing and recovering overdue payments from customers under the Commercial Vehicle Finance portfolio. The role involves field collections, negotiation with customers, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the

  collection of overdue Commercial Vehicle (CV) loans

  within assigned territory.
• Conduct

  regular follow-ups

  with customers to ensure timely payment and reduce delinquency.
• Visit customers’ premises for

  payment collection, settlement discussion, and repossession (if required).

• Maintain

  daily collection reports

  and update system entries accurately.
• Coordinate with

  regional and branch teams

  to ensure smooth recovery operations.
• Identify and report

  potential defaulters or high-risk accounts

  to management.
• Handle customer queries and disputes professionally, maintaining a positive company image.
  
• Ensure compliance with all

  legal and regulatory guidelines

  during collection activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:

  Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred).

• Experience:

  1–4 years of experience in

  collections/recovery

  in NBFC, bank, or commercial vehicle finance domain.

• Knowledge of local geography

  and language (Tamil & basic English) is mandatory.
• Strong

  negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and achieve monthly collection targets.
  

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license

  is required.
