Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Collections Executive to manage the collection process for outstanding payments. The ideal candidate will handle customer follow-ups, resolve payment-related queries, and ensure timely recovery while maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels to follow up on outstanding dues.
Negotiate payment arrangements and ensure timely collections.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
Coordinate with the accounts and finance team for payment reconciliations.
Address and resolve customer queries related to billing and payments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports for management review.
Meet collection targets and deadlines set by the company.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during the collection process.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in collections, credit control, or a similar role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles is an added advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
