· Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to resolve outstanding debt balances.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers.
- Investigate and resolve customer disputes and inquiries.
- Update customer accounts and records in our database
- Meet and exceed monthly collection targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex debt issues.
