Lead Operations Monitoring – Job Responsibilities
Operations monitoring focuses on ensuring the day-to-day functioning of business operations runs smoothly.
o Monitor daily operational activities across collections.
o Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and productivity targets are met.
o Identify operational issues, challenges ,
o Ensure teams are following company policies, compliance guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
o Regular analysis operational reports and send to users
o Monitor collection team allocation and collections, visit and work performance.
o Coordinate between operations teams for smooth handovers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
