Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Advocate to join our legal team. The role involves handling litigation and non-litigation matters, drafting legal documents, appearing before courts/tribunals, and supporting our recovery and settlement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and issue legal notices, replies, settlement agreements, and petitions.
• Represent clients before District Courts, High Courts, DRT, NCLT, Lok Adalats, and other forums.
• Conduct case law research and prepare case strategies for debt recovery matters.
• Liaise with clients, external counsels, and authorities to drive recoveries.
• Provide legal support in negotiations and out-of-court settlements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain case records, MIS, and timely reporting of legal proceedings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from a recognized university; enrollment with State Bar Council is mandatory.
• 3–7 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in banking/NBFC/corporate recovery litigation.
• Strong knowledge of civil, criminal, DRT, arbitration, and insolvency laws.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases across geographies with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel for court appearances and client meetings as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
