We’re now looking for a Cold Email Copywriter & Inbox Manager to join our team and help scale client success.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Cold Email Copywriter & Inbox Manager, you will:

• Write persuasive, personalized, and high-converting cold email sequences for our B2B clients.

• Manage and monitor client inboxes on cold email tools (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, etc.).

• Handle prospect replies—identify interest, objections, and opportunities to move conversations forward.

• Continuously test, iterate, and optimize email copy and campaigns for better performance.

• Stay on top of industry trends, compliance, and deliverability best practices.

Skills & Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• Proven experience in writing cold email copy (If you don’t have prior cold email experience, please do not apply).

• Strong understanding of B2B buyer psychology, messaging, and outbound frameworks.

• Experience managing replies in cold email platforms.

• Excellent written communication skills in English (concise, persuasive, and witty).

• Ability to manage multiple client campaigns and stay organized.
