If you're confident on the phone and love the thrill of closing the first deal, you might be the voice we’re looking for. What You’ll Do Make outbound calls to potential clients from a provided database or leads. Pitch products/services in a clear, confident, and engaging manner. Understand client needs and identify sales opportunities. Follow up on warm leads and maintain a strong call-back schedule. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Record clients interactions and maintain an organized call log. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to refine call strategies. Skills: 2–4 years of experience in cold calling, telesales, inside sales, or similar roles. Excellent communication and persuasive skills—you're confident, friendly, and engaging. Resilient and self-motivated with a hunger to succeed. Able to handle rejection positively and keep moving forward. Comfortable using CRM tools and call management software.
