Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Cold Calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers via phone to generate leads, promote our products/services, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases or leads.
  • Introduce company services/products to prospects.
  • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Schedule meetings or demos with interested leads for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and responses in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads regularly and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and/or local language.
  • Strong listening and persuasion skills.
  • Confidence to handle rejections and objections.
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling is a plus.
  • High school diploma or any graduation (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

  • Day shift
