Role Overview

We are looking for experienced cold-calling professionals who can confidently engage prospects, qualify leads, and set up meetings across the US. This is a performance-oriented role suited for individuals who are comfortable working with targets and commission-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to prospects in the US.
Introduce company offerings clearly and professionally
Qualify leads based on defined criteria
Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team
Maintain accurate call notes and lead status in CRM
Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly call targets

Required Experience & Skills

Prior experience in cold calling / outbound sales (US or India market preferred)
Strong verbal communication skills in English
Ability to handle objections and rejections confidently
Comfortable working in US and/or India time zones
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

Ideal Candidate Profile

Has done cold calling at scale (B2B or B2C)
Thinks in terms of conversions and outcomes, not just hours
Comfortable in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
Open to commission-led growth opportunities
