As a Cold Calling Specialist based in Pune, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers, generate leads, and drive sales through phone calls. Your daily tasks will involve identifying prospects, making outbound calls, securing appointments, and following up on leads. It is essential to maintain accurate records of calls and customer information, as well as stay updated on product knowledge and company services. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with experience in outbound sales calls and lead generation. The ability to handle rejection positively, maintain motivation, and proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills are key requirements. Excellent organizational and time management skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and experience in the travel or hospitality industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,
