Job Description

As a Coffee Machine Technician, you'll be the on-site technical expert responsible for ensuring that customers enjoy seamless and uninterrupted coffee experiences. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and the delivery of premium-quality coffee. - **Repair & Troubleshooting:** Diagnose and repair coffee machines at customer locations with precision and efficiency. Ensure machines are left in excellent working order. - **Installations & Site Surveys:** Conduct site assessments and perform seamless machine installations to ensure operational readiness. - **Filter Management:** Perform timely filter exchanges as per schedule or customer requirements. - **Customer Support:** Deliver consistent coffee quality by aligning all work with agreed specifications. Promote first-time fixes and educate clients on machine usage. - **Communication & Coordination:** Collaborate closely with your line manager, providing updates and following day-to-day operational instructions. - **Health & Safety Compliance:** Perform thorough risk assessments and adhere strictly to all safety procedures and on-site protocols. - **Documentation:** Accurately complete job sheets, timesheets, and digital records before leaving customer premises. - **Asset Care:** Maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles in top condition and report any issues promptly. - **Continuous Learning:** Share field insights with the engineering and product teams to help enhance machine performance and features. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Proven experience in coffee machine maintenance or related mechanical/electrical field service. - Strong technical aptitude in mechanical and electrical systems. - Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills. - Customer-focused mindset with professional communication abilities. - Passion for coffee and appreciation for delivering premium experiences. - Ability to work independently and manage daily travel to customer sites. - Valid, clean drivers license (mandatory). - Proficient with basic computer tools for documentation and reporting. - Flexible and self-motivated, willing to adapt work schedule and travel as needed.
