COE Architect

Role Overview: You are an experienced COE Architect joining the Global B2B Architecture Team at T-Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd. Your primary responsibility will be to design and own the end-to-end architecture of complex B2B solutions, a crucial layer within the extensive business portfolio. Your role will involve driving B2B IT transformation and ensuring that the architectural roadmap aligns with long-term strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: - Define, design, and implement end-to-end solution architecture for B2B IT systems. - Translate business requirements into implementable architectural designs across multiple applications. - Partner closely with Centers of Excellence (CoEs), Value Streams, and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure architectural consistency and scalability. - Contribute to the architectural roadmap and ensure alignment with the overall Target Picture. - Collaborate with CoE architects to define capabilities, features, and enablers for various applications. - Bring cross-application and cross-domain thinking to develop holistic solutions. - Own, create, and maintain Solution Design Artifacts for your respective domain. - Support agile teams in delivering architecture-aligned, high-quality solutions. - Work under the direction and guardrails of the Enterprise Architecture Lead Team. Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in B2B solution architecture, especially within telecom/IT environments. - Proven expertise in BSS, data domains, and building greenfield solutions. - Deep understanding of B2B large enterprise products, business processes, and telecommunication business models. - Familiarity with TM Forum standards and ITSM/Telecom Product Modeling (from commercial to service fulfillment levels). - Experience with Wholesale Business Processes is strongly preferred. - Knowledge of Software Modeling Tools such as UML, PlantUML, or MKDocs. - Hands-on experience working in Agile/SAFe environments and tools such as JIRA. - Basic understanding of cloudification, virtualization, and containerization concepts. - Background in software or application development is an added advantage. - Excellent communication skills with complete fluency in English. - Knowledge of German is a plus but not mandatory.
