Position Overview

Coding Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive online/offline coding classes for students aged 6–15 years.
• Teach basic to intermediate programming concepts using platforms such as Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or similar.
• Create and share engaging lesson plans and activities.
• Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain attendance and performance records.
• Communicate regularly with parents and the Talent Craft team about student progress.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching tools, coding trends, and child-friendly technology.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Prior experience in teaching or mentoring children (online or offline) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of one or more programming languages (Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in programming or teaching.
• Experience working in EdTech or children’s learning programs.
• Ability to design fun, project-based coding activities.
