About the Role:

Code Craftsman

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, reliable, and scalable applications.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into functional solutions.
Participate in code reviews and ensure high coding standards across the team.

Quality & Performance

Build reusable components and libraries for future use.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
Debug and resolve technical issues across various environments.
Implement automated testing and continuous integration to ensure product reliability.

Collaboration & Innovation

Work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Contribute ideas for improving product functionality and user experience.
Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.
Stay updated with the latest tools, frameworks, and development trends.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with
test-driven development (TDD)
