Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage coating/painting operations in the heavy machinery division.
• Ensure correct surface preparation, coating thickness, and finish quality as per standards.
• Lead a team of operators/workers to achieve daily production and quality targets.
• Monitor usage of paints, chemicals, and consumables to minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments for smooth workflow.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, environment, and 5S standards in the coating area.
• Maintain production reports, shift records, and ensure ISO documentation.
• Train and motivate workforce on best practices in coating and safety.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• 5+ years’ experience in coating/painting/powder coating operations in heavy machinery/manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of coating equipment, paint systems, and industrial safety.
• Ability to lead teams and manage manpower in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
