Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Coaching Administrator. The Coaching Administrator will manage the daily operations of our language test coaching programs, coordinate with instructors, and handle student inquiries. Duties include scheduling classes, maintaining student records, supporting instructors, and ensuring the smooth running of coaching sessions. The administrator will also assist in the development and enhancement of coaching materials and provide administrative support to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Educational Administration, Office Management, and Student Services.
• Strong Organizational and Time Management skills.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
• Previous experience with language test coaching (IELTS, PTE) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
