Role Description

This is a remote, freelance role for Work From Home (WFH) Coaches.

As a Coach on Flute, you'll:

Provide personalized support through 1:1 sessions (chat, audio, or video)

Guide users through emotional wellness, dating and life transitions

Offer compassionate, non-judgmental advice and create a safe space for healing

Use your expertise to help users grow in love, life, and self-awareness

✅ Requirements

Certification is mandatory in coaching, therapy, psychology, or relevant fields

1+ year of client-facing experience

Excellent communication & empathetic listening

Comfort with remote digital platforms
