Job Description: You will be employed as a full-time Coach at our facility in New Delhi. Your primary responsibilities will include planning and conducting sports training sessions, designing training programs, and assessing the performance of athletes. Additionally, you will be expected to offer guidance to athletes, uphold safety protocols during training sessions, and oversee equipment maintenance. Collaboration with fellow staff members and participation in sports events and competitions will also be a part of your role. Your profile should include a strong background in sports training and coaching, the ability to create and execute effective training regimens, skill in appraising athletes" performances and delivering constructive feedback, exceptional communication and mentorship capabilities, a dedication to maintaining health and safety standards, adeptness in working harmoniously with colleagues, experience in equipment upkeep, a preference for a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field, and an added advantage of prior coaching certification.
