Co2 Mig wire production engineer / supervisor

As a CO2 MIG Wire Production Manager at Sommet, you will be responsible for managing the daily production activities of non-ferrous metals, alloys, wires, and rods. Your role will involve overseeing the production team, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and optimizing production processes to achieve production targets. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the reputation of the company for quality and reliability by focusing on innovative solutions and exceptional service to our global clientele. Based in Sinnar, Nashik, you will be required to build and lead a team of operators, coordinate with procurement, maintain inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of products. Your responsibilities will also include implementing safety protocols within the manufacturing unit and working towards continuous improvement in production efficiency. To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in Production Management, Team Leadership, and Process Optimization. Knowledge of CO2 MIG wire production processes and materials is essential, along with expertise in Quality Control, Inventory Management, and Procurement Coordination. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and experience with industrial safety standards are also key requirements for this position. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, or a related field is necessary for this role. Previous experience in non-ferrous metal manufacturing would be advantageous. Being located in Sinnar, Nashik, and working on-site are mandatory requirements for this position.
