Job Description

Assist the class teacher in maintaining an engaging and nurturing learning environment, supporting lesson delivery, classroom management, and the overall well-being and development of students.

Education/Qualification

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.A Degree/Diploma in Education (D.Ed./B.Ed./Equivalent) will be preferred.

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in early years or primary school setup.Experience working with young children in a structured learning environment preferred.

Additional Qualification

Basic knowledge of child development and early learning pedagogy.Fluency in English with the ability to assist in language and concept development.

Skills

Warm, patient, and child-friendly approach.
Ability to support the main teacher in conducting classroom activities, assessments, and documentation.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Capable of managing classroom routines and ensuring discipline in a caring manner.
Proficient in using basic educational technology tools.
Supportive attitude towards school programs, events, and parent communication.
