Position: Co-Teacher
Reporting to: Academic Coordinator / Subject Heads
Location: Kailash Education Services, 684-D, Model Town Extension, Ludhiana
Subjects Supported: Mathematics, Science, Social Science, English
Grade Levels: Class 6–10
Job Type: Full-time

Role Overview

The Co-Teacher will work closely with core subject teachers to ensure academic support, class engagement, and student progress across all subjects. They will reinforce concepts, assist with classroom activities, conduct practice sessions, and track student understanding.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Academic Support

• Assist main teachers in delivering lessons for Maths, Science, SST, and English
• Clarify concepts for students during and after class
• Conduct small-group or individual doubt sessions
• Reinforce lessons through guided practice and revision

✅ Student Engagement

• Encourage participation, especially from hesitant or struggling students
• Listen to students' answers and guide them in framing responses
• Monitor classwork and homework completion

✅ Coordination with Teachers

• Align daily tasks with the core subject teacher's lesson plan
• Share feedback about student progress and learning gaps
• Assist in planning and executing remedial classes or revisions

✅ Classroom Management

• Help maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
• Support in organizing learning materials, notes, and resources

✅ Assessment & Feedback

• Help check classwork, notebooks, and practice tests
• Maintain records of student performance for teacher review

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline
• Good command of English and basic subject knowledge across all subjects
• Passion for teaching and learning
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to work in coordination with a team of educators
