Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic

Activity Incharge/Supervisor

to plan, coordinate, and oversee activities while ensuring smooth operations and safety. Strong organizational and leadership skills are a must

Education/Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree or any equivalent degree in respective field.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in reputed school
  • Previous experience in managing or coordinating extracurricular activities
  • Strong organizational, inter-personal and multi-tasking skills.
  • Candidates with summer camp experience to lead engaging activities, promote teamwork, and create a fun, safe environment for children.

Additional Qualification

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere among students.
  • Time management and scheduling skills.
  • Creativity and the ability to think on developing new activities.

Skills

  • Develop & implement a diverse range of after-school activities (e.g., arts and crafts, sports, music, drama, and other activities).
  • Hire and manage internal & external resource persons.
  • Manage the budget required for the activities & maintain the records
