ANIMAL is a youth-alcohol brand with high recall, distinct identity, and growing traction in both retail and community spaces. Backed by a strong supply chain and creative brand assets, we are building a house of products and experiences around the ANIMAL universe.

Role Overview:

Co-Founder (Business-Focused)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead 

  sales, distribution, and retail expansion

   strategies (on-ground and institutional)
• Build and manage 

  on-premise partnerships

  , nightlife collaborations, and experiential formats
• Oversee and expand 

  ANIMAL BYOB

   and future taproom experiences
• Work closely on 

  brand-building

  , community engagement, and content partnerships
• Help manage supply chain, distributor relations, and unit economics
• Co-lead fundraising, compliance, and investor relations alongside existing founders

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior experience in 

  alcohol, FMCG, D2C, nightlife, or consumer brands

• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution capability
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) 

  Gurgaon full-time

• Strong understanding of Indian distribution models and retail partnerships
• Has the capacity to invest ₹50 lakhs to ₹1 crore with full-time operational commitment
