We’ve launched successfully in Haryana and Maharashtra and are now building out the next phase: expanding to Delhi, launching ANIMAL BYOB (our flagship taproom), and scaling nationally. ANIMAL is a youth-alcohol brand with high recall, distinct identity, and growing traction in both retail and community spaces. Backed by a strong supply chain and creative brand assets, we are building a house of products and experiences around the ANIMAL universe. Role Overview: We’re looking for a Co-Founder (Business-Focused) who brings both capital and capability to scale ANIMAL into a national and international success. Key Responsibilities: Lead sales, distribution, and retail expansion strategies (on-ground and institutional) Build and manage on-premise partnerships , nightlife collaborations, and experiential formats Oversee and expand ANIMAL BYOB and future taproom experiences Work closely on brand-building , community engagement, and content partnerships Help manage supply chain, distributor relations, and unit economics Co-lead fundraising, compliance, and investor relations alongside existing founders Ideal Candidate: Prior experience in alcohol, FMCG, D2C, nightlife, or consumer brands Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution capability Based in (or willing to relocate to) Gurgaon full-time Strong understanding of Indian distribution models and retail partnerships Has the capacity to invest ₹50 lakhs to ₹1 crore with full-time operational commitment Why Join Us?
