Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Co-Founder with Investment (Equity+Capital) at StarNel. The Co-Founder will be involved in strategic decision-making, Managing the team, Handling operations, securing clients, and overseeing the growth and development of the company. They will be responsible for driving business growth, fostering partnerships, and ensuring financial sustainability.

Proven track record in securing Orders and clients

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

Who You Are:

Entrepreneurial mindset with the passion to scale a disruptive startup.

A seasoned professional from the Tech industry ( Sales , Technology,BDM, Marketing, Consulting, VC, PE, or related fields).

Someone with a strong network and expertise in Operations, Business Development, or deal-making.

Willing to invest minimum 10L into the business and take an active leadership role.

 Market Expansion – Explore international markets and scale operations.

 Partnership Development – Collaborate with Clients, businesses, and ecosystem players.

 Operational & Financial Leadership – Optimize business performance for sustainable growth.

 Team Management & Investor Relations – Team Builder and nurture relationships with investors.
