Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder With Investment. The position is based in Navi Mumbai with some flexibility for remote work. The Co-Founder will be responsible for driving business development, creating and implementing strategies, collaborating with clients, and leading sales and marketing initiatives. This role involves significant hands-on work, including conducting research, analyzing market data, and developing growth opportunities for the company.

Qualifications

• Fintech background / awareness preferred
• Experience in Sales and Marketing
• Proven leadership and team collaboration capabilities
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies
• Experience working in a consulting firm is a plus
• Investing experience or the ability to bring investment to the company
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
