Role Description As a Co-Founder with Investment at Stag-It, you will play a pivotal role in leading the company, making strategic decisions, and contributing to the growth of the business. Your responsibilities will include overseeing business operations, driving sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, and analyzing trends to expand the platform's user base. You will also be instrumental in attracting funding, building partnerships, and ensuring effective communication across teams. This is a full-time role and is on a serious level Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate trends, metrics, and performance data effectively Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas and build strong relationships Experience in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on innovative business growth and user acquisition Proven ability in conducting thorough Research to drive informed strategic decisions Demonstrated leadership and entrepreneurial mindset Experience in the tech or event management industry is highly preferred Ability to invest personal capital, signifying commitment to the business
