Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder (Tech) located in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Co-Founder (Tech) will be responsible for overseeing the technological direction of the company, developing technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals. Daily tasks include coding, system design, research, and continuous development of technical skills. The role also involves collaborating with other team members to identify and implement new technologies to provide a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Experience in Development of AI powered LMS
• At least 3 years experience in AI powered App development
• Effective Communication skills
• Sales and Marketing experience
• Proficient in coding and system design
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the educational technology sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
