Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder. The Co-Founder will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives, managing daily operations, building and nurturing partnerships, and driving business growth. The role also includes overseeing marketing and sales strategies, conducting market research, and ensuring effective communication within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for strategic planning and problem-solving
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales and Marketing experience to drive business growth
• Proficiency in conducting and utilizing Research
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Experience in the healthcare or social service sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Aligned with our values of equity, inclusion, and ethics in mental health
• Professionally trained (Psychiatric Social Work / Psychology / Psychiatry / Public Health / Mental Health Program Implementation)
• Skilled in leadership, program design, or capacity building
• Interested in co-owning and shaping the organization’s future
• Ready to take responsibility for key verticals: operations, partnerships, service design, or training
