About the Role

Client is building next-generation, algae-based, carbon capture and oxygen-generating systems and is now looking to onboard a Co-Founder who will play a key role in scaling business operations, strategic sales, partnerships, and investor relations
This is a zero-to-one leadership role for someone who is entrepreneurial, execution-driven, and has the ability to build systems, close clients, and represent the company at the highest level

Key Responsibilities

Lead business development, strategic sales & key account management
Drive partnerships with real estate developers, corporates & institutions
Support and manage day-to-day operations
Participate in investor pitching, fundraising & stakeholder discussions
Contribute to go-to-market planning and execution
Build and manage a small sales & operations team in NCR

Ideal Candidate Profile

MBA from a reputed institute
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate / luxury sales or high-value B2B/B2 B2C sales within Delhi NCR
Strong network in real estate, corporate or premium consumer segments
Good understanding of startup ecosystem & scale-up challenges
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Exposure to investor pitching / fundraising is a big plus
Understanding of ESG / sustainability / climate tech is preferred
Male or female candidates are welcome

Location: Delhi NCR (Preferred Gurugram / Noida / Delhi)
