GAF Careers, an initiative of the Gram Arogya Foundation, is building a bridge between rural potential and real-world job opportunities. We’re transforming underserved youth into confident, job-ready professionals through training, mentorship, and career placements.

We’ve already impacted 500+ rural youth across Bihar. The vision now is to scale GAF Careers as a national rural employment movement — and we’re seeking a Co-Founder who brings not just vision and leadership, but also capital investment to fuel the next leap.

🔍 Your Role as Co-Founder

This is not just a position — it’s a partnership. You’ll be at the core of GAF Careers’ strategy, growth, and impact.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• 💰 Invest Capital (₹1-2lakhs): Help strengthen our foundation for scale (tech, team, outreach)

• 📈 Co-lead Strategy & Execution: Design and implement growth roadmap across rural regions

• 🧑‍💻 Build & Lead Teams: Operational leadership in training, tech, outreach, or placemen

ts • 🤝 Form Partnerships: Pitch to CSR, government, donors, and institutional alli

es • 🌐 Integrate Tech: Digitize training and career services for rural you
