🎯 What We’re Looking For

Co-Founder & Head of Sales/Marketing

• Has a

  proven track record

  of selling

  enterprise software products or services

  (5–10 years’ experience preferred).
• Is hands-on with

  lead generation techniques

  including

  digital marketing, inside sales, LinkedIn outreach

  , email campaigns, and more.
• Can confidently

  pitch to CXO-level

  executives and build trusted, long-term client relationships.
• Understands the

  full B2B sales cycle

  – from prospecting to proposal to closing.
• Can build and lead a

  sales pipeline from zero

  , adapt quickly, and operate in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Has an entrepreneurial mindset with a

  “get things done”

  attitude and ownership mentality.
• Bonus: Experience with AI/ML-based products, SaaS, or consulting-led tech sales.

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

• Co-create the

  go-to-market strategy

  and

  revenue model

  with the founding team.
• Drive end-to-end

  sales and marketing operations

  (content, outreach, conversion).
• Build and nurture a

  high-value sales funnel

  from scratch.
• Own revenue targets and work with the product team to shape offerings as per market demand.
• Represent Empathia AI in

  client meetings, demo pitches, conferences

  , and

  partner channels

  .
• Help define the

  brand

  , customer journey, and sales processes from Day 1.
