We’re building something entirely new in India's craft beverage space —where botanicals meet biohacking , and tradition meets spirited innovation. This is not just a drink. It’s a movement rooted in functional plant science, dual extraction, and mindful indulgence. Now, we’re looking for a technically sharp, operationally driven co-founder to join us from day zero. If you understand excise rules, have launched or scaled alcohol products, and know the ins-and-outs of contract distilling and bottling , this is your opportunity to co-create something bold and category-defining. 🔍 Who We're Looking For: You're someone who has: ✅ Deep knowledge of India’s alcohol/beverage licensing, excise, and bottling laws ✅ Hands-on experience with contract manufacturing of spirits (rectified spirit, blending, infusion, bottling, labeling, warehousing) ✅ A network of distillers, bottlers, and label consultants ✅ An appreciation for plant-based, functional, or Ayurvedic ingredients is a plus You’ve either: Built or launched a craft alcohol brand Led ops or manufacturing in a liquor startup or established distillery Navigated multiple state excise systems for distribution, licensing, and compliance 🧪 What You’ll Own: Oversee setup and ops of our first batches through contract distillers Manage excise licensing , compliance, and vendor negotiations Advise on sourcing and infusion processes for functional plant extracts Build the backend infrastructure for bottling, warehousing, labeling, and quality control Be a key contributor to our product roadmap and scale strategy 👀 Why This Is Unique: Co-create a new spirits category in India’s premium alcohol market Operate at the intersection of wellness + indulgence + chemistry Work with a committed founding team already deep in formulation & extract R&D Shape something no one’s done in India before— and do it right Show more Show less
