Role: Co-Founder – Strategy & Brand Acceleration

Location: Chennai Only

Commitment: Part-time to Full-time

What You’ll Do:

As a Co-Founder at MODEX, you’ll help shape the future of fashion entrepreneurship. You’ll co-lead a high-impact initiative focused on accelerating emerging fashion brands from idea to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

Co-develop MODEX’s business model, growth roadmap, and strategic offerings.

Lead and optimize our startup incubation process — ideation to launch.

Guide young designers in building business plans, brand identities, and go-to-market strategies.

Build and manage strategic partnerships (vendors, platforms, consultants).

Create marketing funnels and outreach campaigns to attract enrollments.

Co-own the content and curriculum development for brand-building modules.

Represent MODEX at events, webinars, and fashion/ed-tech forums.

Who You Are:

A builder at heart — entrepreneurial, hands-on, and visionary.

Strong understanding of either fashion, branding, or startup strategy.

Passionate about mentoring, education, and enabling creative entrepreneurs.

A natural storyteller and strategic thinker — can balance design & data.

Experience in early-stage startup environments or ed-tech/fashion accelerators is a plus.

Prior experience in fashion business, brand strategy, or creative direction is highly valued.
