Backed by passion, research, and a vision for impact, we are building from scratch - and now, we're looking for a Co-founder & CMO to join us on this exciting journey.Who We're Looking For: An entrepreneurial, high-energy marketing leader who is ready to take on the challenge of building an entire brand and marketing strategy from Zero to Launch, and beyond.We are looking for someone who has:
🔹Proven experience as a CMO or senior marketing leader in one or more of the following sectors: Food, FMCG, Healthcare, Consumer Products, FoodTech, etc.🔹Deep understanding of the Indian market, with specific knowledge of West Bengal's regional dynamics.🔹Hands-on expertise across B2B, B2C, D2C, and multi-channel marketing strategies.🔹Led 3-5+ projects from ideation to go-to-market (GTM)- either within startups or as a consultant.🔹Up-to-date with latest consumer trends, digital tools, and marketing tech relevant to Indian and regional markets.🔹Experience working with or in Startups, especially in early-stage or zero-to-one journeys.🔹A strong Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute fast with limited resources.Key Responsibilities:
As the Co-founder & CMO, you will:* Build and lead the entire marketing function - from strategy to execution.* Create and manage the brand identity, voice, and positioning in the market.* Design and implement performance-driven marketing strategies across digital, offline, and experiential platforms.* Develop and drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth strategies.* Work closely with other co-founders in product, business development, and operations to shape GTM plans.* Lay the foundation of internal marketing systems, processes, and teams.What We're Offering:
