💼 Role Description

We’re looking for a experienced, visionary, and execution-driven leader to take full charge of building and scaling SkillUniversity.org into a global EdTech powerhouse. This is not a typical job. This is a mission. A chance to build what could become one of the world’s largest skill-based education platforms.

• Have 10+ years of strong EdTech experience - Preferably in online learning, higher education partnerships, digital content, credentialing, or skill development.
• Have deep networks across Higher Education - Strong relationships with colleges, universities, skill councils, and education leaders is a must.
• Can independently drive growth - You can pitch, negotiate, and close institutional partnerships with confidence and minimal support.
• Think and act like a true entrepreneur - You thrive in chaos, build from scratch, take ownership, and love turning ideas into scale.
• Are passionate about impact-driven education - Our mission to empower millions through accessible skill certifications should excite you.
• Have strong leadership and team-building abilities -Ability to lead product, operations, sales, and strategic initiatives as the organization scales.
• Excel in vision-setting and execution - Business planning, go-to-market strategy, digital transformation, and scaling should be your natural strengths.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead SkillUniversity.org as its primary Co-founder and CEO
• Define and drive the overall strategy, growth, and global positioning
• Forge partnerships with colleges, universities, and global education bodies
• Build and lead a high-performing team across all verticals
• Oversee P&L, product roadmap, marketing, sales, and expansion
• Represent the brand on global stages and compete with platforms like Coursera
• Ensure consistent user growth, course adoption, and institutional engagement
• Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and meaningful impact
