• Leadership & Vision

  – Define and execute the strategic direction of Brandelize Branding, ensuring alignment with long-term goals.

• Business Growth

  – Develop client pipelines, build strategic partnerships, and scale revenue through innovative branding solutions.

• Brand Leadership

  – Lead the creation of high-impact branding strategies for clients across diverse industries, ensuring premium positioning.

• Team Building

  – Recruit, inspire, and lead a high-performance creative and strategy team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

• Innovation

  – Develop proprietary branding models, frameworks, and strategies that redefine industry standards.

• Collaboration

  – Work closely with the Group CMD and leaders of other subsidiaries to unlock synergies across the Brandelize ecosystem.

• Proven expertise in branding, strategy, or creative leadership.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and growth orientation.
• Experience in client acquisition, consulting, or agency expansion is a plus.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• A passion for building legacy brands and driving large-scale impact.
