We’re an experienced team from the real estate and business domain, already building traction and laying the groundwork. Our mission is to create a robust CRM tailored for real estate developers, channel partners, and professionals — first in India, and soon globally.

What You’ll Do

• Architect, build, and develop the platform (mobile + web)
• Choose the right tech stack, oversee deployment, and ensure scalability
• Collaborate directly with the founding team on product roadmap and strategy
• Build and lead a tech team as the product scales

What We’re Looking For

If you are someone who:

• ✅ Has hands-on experience building and deploying mobile apps on both Android and iOS (React Native or native frameworks)
• 🧠 Can think out of the box and help us build something revolutionary in real estate tech
• 🧩 Is comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment with no predefined rules and plenty of creative freedom
• 🚀 Has the drive to take full ownership of product architecture, development, and tech roadmap
• 💡 Understands backend systems, APIs, cloud architecture, and scalable database design
• 🛠️ Can get your hands dirty with coding early on, and later lead a team of developers
• 💬 Can collaborate closely with business and sales teams to iterate fast based on real-world feedback
• 🙌 Wants to be a
