Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at TruVita Wellness Inc., your role will involve overseeing the company's operations to ensure the seamless execution of business strategies, process optimization, and driving growth. Your experience in healthcare, telemedicine, or technology-driven businesses will be crucial in scaling operations and enhancing efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement operational strategies to scale TruVita's AI-driven telemedicine platform. - Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency in product development, technology integration, and service delivery. - Collaborate closely with the CEO & Founder to drive the company's vision, financial goals, and expansion strategies. - Lead cross-functional teams in technology, product, marketing, and customer support to enhance service offerings. - Manage strategic partnerships, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. - Optimize patient onboarding, engagement, and retention through operational excellence. - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive improvements. - Support fundraising efforts, investor relations, and business development initiatives. **Qualifications & Experience:** - 10+ years of experience in operations, business management, or strategy, preferably in healthcare, telemedicine, or AI-driven platforms. - Proven track record of scaling businesses and managing large teams. - Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, digital health technologies, and AI applications in medicine. - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with a hands-on approach. - Strong financial acumen and experience in fundraising or investor relations is a plus.
