As a member of Nuvama Wealth's Design team, you will play a crucial role in crafting user-centric experiences for a diverse range of digital investment platforms. Your primary focus will be on supporting workflows that cater to direct customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring that every interaction is intuitive, efficient, and impactful. Our mission is centered around simplifying complex financial journeys through thoughtful design and seamless digital experiences. Your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end UX design process, from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping using tools like Figma. You will be tasked with designing wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for both web and mobile platforms. Additionally, you will define and maintain information architecture and UX documentation, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and tech teams to ensure feasible, user-centered solutions. Presenting design concepts to stakeholders and iterating based on feedback will also be a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to manage and mentor a team of UX designers and researchers. Key challenges that you will address in this role include driving design-led innovation to position Nuvama as a digital-first leader in wealth management. You will lead deep user research across varied micro-personas, utilizing behavioural insights, live platform data, and usability metrics to inform and validate design decisions. Building scalable UX systems that deliver personalized and meaningful experiences based on user preferences, behavior, and investment profiles will also be a significant focus. Additionally, you will integrate modern design tools and AI-driven platforms to streamline and accelerate the UX process, as well as define expressive, motion-enhanced design systems to enhance interaction, engagement, and user delight. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of professional experience in UX/design and possess a strong digital portfolio with well-documented UX case studies. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms is essential. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent experience will be beneficial in fulfilling the requirements of this position.,
